David I have a fix. Make sure you enable all notifications and then either sign in or sign up for your Ticketmaster account
Does not work. It keeps asking to enable location and push notifications, I press okay, then it starts the cycle over again. Needs an update ASAP.
Super shady, and awful app. What's worst is I thought I deleted the app only to find out its still on my phone, without my permission. Shady practice. I've got 6th grade students who could design and run a better app. Nothing but buffering, errors, login issues, and pages that won't even load.
Logging in is a nightmare... most of the time won't work, especially if you try to go from your Suns tickets to the arena tickets. It's a coin flip as to whether the tickets will show up once logged in... sometimes have to log out and in multiple times to get them to show, and during this time your back dealing with the above logging in issue

Horrible logging in. Everytime I have an issue. I can't do simple tasks like selling or transferring my tickets
